Incorrect information in tables: In “State-based legal requirements for Schedule 8 prescriptions: why so complicated?” in the 20 July 2015 issue of the Journal (Med J Aust 2015; 203: 64-66), there were inaccuracies in the information provided in the tables in Box 1 and Box 2.
